Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, and with tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label from us along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request being made in advance will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return
Bestimmte Artikel können nicht zurückgegeben werden, z. B. verderbliche Waren (z. B. Lebensmittel, Blumen oder Pflanzen), Sonderanfertigungen (z. B. Sonderbestellungen oder personalisierte Artikel) und persönliche Pflegeprodukte (z. B. Schönheitsprodukte). Wir akzeptieren auch keine Rückgaben von gefährlichen Materialien, entflammbaren Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen. Bitte setze dich mit uns in Verbindung, wenn du Fragen oder Bedenken zu einem speziellen Artikel hast.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift vouchers.

Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to obtain the desired item. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, and with tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
