Order and Processing Time (Order Processing Time)

Once your order is received, it will be 1–2 business days processed and prepared for shipping.
Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Should any delays occur (e.g., due to high demand or supply shortages), we will notify you promptly by email.

Shipping Time

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days after shipping.
We only deliver within Germany.
International deliveries are currently unfortunately not possible.

Please note that under exceptional circumstances (e.g., holidays, weather-related disruptions, or high demand at shipping carriers), delivery times may be longer than usual.

Shipping Costs (Shipping Costs)

  • Free shipping for orders over €50.00 order value

  • Shipping cost: €4.99 for orders with an order value between €0.00 and €49.99

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Local Pickup

One Unfortunately, in-store pickup of the item is not possible.
We ship exclusively via delivery from our fulfillment center:
ETON-Soundsysteme GmbH, Konrad-Zuse-Str. 19, 66459 Kirkel, Germany.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Therefore, the following rules apply:

  • Return period: Returns are accepted within 30 days after receipt of the goods accepted.

  • Return shipping: Return shipping is free.

  • Restocking fee: It's being no restocking fee collected.

  • Exchange: Items can be exchanged provided that they unused, undamaged and in the Original packaging are.

  • Items excluded from exchange: Personalized or custom-configured products are excluded from exchange.

  • Cancellations: A cancellation is possible as long as the order not yet shipped was.
    Once your order has shipped, cancellation is only possible by way of a return.
